  • Adult Hip Hop Cardio (18+) Mondays 5:45-6:45

  • Adult Tap and Contemporary (18+) | Tuesdays 7-8pm

  • Strength and Conditioning (Ages 13+) | Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm

  • Yoga (Ages 13+) | Saturdays 8:30-9:30am

  • Adult Zumba (18+) | Saturdays 11:45am-12:45pm

Pricing & Policies

Adult Group Classes: $20 / class

Adult Private Classes: $ Custom Pricing

Private lessons for individuals and couples will be offered on a case-by-case basis when open time is available in the studio schedule. Custom pricing will be discussed based on what instructors are available, dance style, skill level, choreography expectations, as well as how many sessions make the most sense for each dancer. Please do not hesitate to reach out with inquiries!

Class Descriptions

Hip Hop Cardio

Break a sweat while breaking it down to some pop music! This class includes a warm-up, follow along steps that keep you moving, and ends with a dance combination to pull together all of your new hip hop steps.

Tap + Contemporary

Can't decide between pulling out your tap shoes for a fun, rhythmic tap class that builds skills or moving and grooving in a feel good contemporary class? Lucky for you this class offers both! Adult tap and contemporary class will spend about 30 minutes on each style every week. The best of both worlds!

Strength / Conditioning / Injury Prevention

Learn how to strengthen your body in order to both gain muscle and prevent injuries. Class will focus on low intensity intervals and exercises that get your heart rate up while teaching proper body mechanics. Class is taught by a certified physical therapy assistant.

Yoga

In this practice you will move through poses that connect the body, breath, and mind. This low intensity class will help you gain flexibility, coordination, and relaxation. You will leave feeling strong and stretched!

Zumba

Zumba is a total body workout dance party! This high energy workout will get your heart rate up as you move and groove to popular songs, while following the instructors movements. Get ready to sweat, dance, and have fun!
